You will select all areas where you have personal experience, then share more about your experience in one or more of the areas you selected.

   You first tick which areas apply to you (leadership, service, social justice, intercultural competence, dignity and respect, ethical decision-making, intellectual curiosity, environmental stewardship, solidarity with marginalised groups, resilience), then write about one or more of them. Nursing applicants answer an extra question about their interest in nursing.
